Our Commitment

Due to the custom-curated nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference. However, we stand behind the quality of our boxes and are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged, defective, or missing items.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. The cancellation process for an active order depends on your payment plan:

    For Pay-in-Full Quarterly Plans: Your cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle. You will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for in full.

    For Monthly Payment Plans: Our monthly payments are installments towards a specific quarterly box. Once you make the first monthly payment for a new box, you are committed to that purchase as we immediately begin our 6-month custom production process.

        If you choose to cancel your payment plan: you can either complete the remaining payments to receive the box, after which your subscription will end, or you can cancel immediately and forfeit the box, as any partial payments made are non-refundable.

Damages, Defects, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if an item is missing from your box, we are here to help.

All claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a resolution.

How to Start a Claim

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

    Contact us at support@boyfriendbookbox.com.

    In your email, include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. For missing items, please specify what was not included.

    We will review your claim and notify you of the approval status and next steps.

Resolutions for Approved Claims

    Damaged or Defective Items: If your claim is approved, you will be offered a choice between a replacement of the item or a partial refund. If you choose a replacement, you will be required to ship the original item back to us. A new item will be sent upon our receipt of the return.

    Missing Items: For an approved missing item claim, a replacement will be sent out. You will receive tracking information for the new shipment within 10 business days of approval.

    Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

    Lost Packages:

        Domestic (Canada): If your package has not been delivered after 30 days from the shipping date, we will initiate a trace with Canada Post.

        International (USA & Other): If your package has not been delivered after 60 days from the shipping date, we will initiate a trace with our international carrier.

        If the package cannot be located by the carrier, a replacement will be sent.

    Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, you must contact us before a shipping label has been created.

    Shipping Forwarders: Our responsibility for delivery ends once the package is delivered to the address on the order. We are not responsible for packages after they have been received by a shipping forwarder.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that "Scratch & Dent" copies are sold as-is and are strictly final sale. No refunds or replacements will be offered for these items.
