how are you Different from other Book Subscriptions?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple pay, Google pay and Link (for UK residents). Paypal isn’t an option currently.
what payment methods are accepted?
At this time, we can only process order cancellations or refunds within one hour of purchasing (or your automatic payment being processed) if the product has not been delivered yet. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer shipping to customers in the United States, Canada, and throughout Europe. A flat rate shipping fee of $50 USD applies to all orders shipped to USA and Europe.
Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any additional costs incurred upon import, including customs duties, taxes, and currency conversion fees. We are actively looking to expand to more destinations and hope to serve your country in the future.

To be fully transparent, our Boyfriend Book Box is a long-term custom project, and you can expect your box to ship approximately 6 months after the quarterly order cut-off date.

Production Takes Time: This extensive design and production process, from initial concepts to the finished products arriving at our warehouse, takes several months.
We'll Keep You Updated: We understand this is a significant wait and we appreciate your patience! We are committed to keeping you in the loop and will send email updates on your box's progress. We will also notify you directly of any unexpected delays.
When will my order be shipped?
Because of the nature of our box, refunds and replacements are only offered if our product arrives damaged, defective, or if you are missing an item. All refunds or replacement requests must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery in order for it to be valid.

What If my items arrive damaged?
All sales are final. We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for any purchases, subscriptions or otherwise. If an item is damaged or missing, contact support@boyfriendbookbox.com and we will rectify the situation.
can I return Items?
Our subscription schedule is broken down as follows:
Quarterly Renewals: Our standard subscription renews every three months. You will be billed on your original sign-up date during our quarterly months: January, April, July, and October.
Payment Plans: If you have selected a payment plan, you will be charged in smaller installments on a monthly basis instead of quarterly.
NEW - Holiday Boxes: In addition to our quarterly schedule, we are excited to announce that we will be releasing 1-2 special, themed holiday boxes per year! Stay tuned for future announcements revealing which holidays we'll be celebrating.

can I skip a box?
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. If you have paid in full for the quarter, you will still receive the box you've paid for, and your subscription will not renew afterwards.
If you are on a monthly payment plan, your payments are installments for the current quarterly box. To receive the box, you must complete all payments for that quarter. If you decide to stop your payments mid-cycle, you will forfeit your claim to the box, and any partial payments already made are non-refundable. This is because production and material costs for your spot are allocated at the start of the payment cycle.
What happens if I want to cancel mid subscription?
You are subscribing to the Boyfriend Book Box, a recurring quarterly delivery celebrating our favorite fictional characters! Each box is a unique, curated experience that includes:
A Themed Quarterly Box: A new box is curated every three months (four per year). Due to our extensive custom design process, please be aware that the timeline from your renewal date to the box arriving at your door is approximately 6 months.
Custom-Designed Items: Each box is filled with high-quality, exclusive items that we design from scratch to fit that quarter's theme.
A Fan-Favorite Book: At the heart of every box is a beloved, fan-favorite book, with the box's theme centered around its memorable 'book boyfriend'.
What am I subscribing to?
Yes, we do! We announce the fan-favorite book for each quarterly box on the first day of that quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st).
Do you announce the book or theme for the boxes in advance?
Our customer support team is dedicated to assisting you and strives to respond to all inquiries within 48 to 72 business hours (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note that during peak periods, such as box shipping weeks, response times may be slightly extended.
