how are you Different from other Book Subscriptions?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple pay, Google pay and Link (for UK residents). Paypal isn’t an option currently.
what payment methods are accepted?
Absolutely. We deliver globally. We have a flat rate cost of $50 usd for all international accounts. Additional charges such as currency conversion, transaction, and customs/duty fees may apply for international customers and are the sole responsibility of those customers.
Do you offer international Shipping?
At this time, we can only process order cancellations or refunds within one hour of purchasing (or your automatic payment being processed) if the product has not been delivered yet. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Can I cancel my order?
Our Boyfriend Book Box is a quarterly subscription and therefore are dispatched at month’s end every three months in batches. While we aim to ship all boxes by the 20th, some may receive their tracking notifications earlier and some may be later. Dispatch times can be affected by various different reasons.
When will my order be shipped?
Because of the nature of our box, refunds and replacements are only offered if our product arrives damaged, defective, or if you are missing an item. All refunds or replacement requests must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery in order for it to be valid.

What If my items arrive damaged?
All sales are final. We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for any purchases, subscriptions or otherwise. If an item is damaged or missing, contact support@boyfriendbookbox.com and we will rectify the situation.
can I return Items?
Subscriptions renew quarterly on your original purchase date in January, April, July, and October for active subscribers.
For payment plan subscriptions it is a monthly charge instead of quarterly.
